SALT - The School of Adult Learning & Training

2 Tim 2:15, "Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a work man who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth."

The School of Adult Learning & Training is a ministry designed specifically to teach the Word of God systematically and progressively so that we might grow up in our love and relationship with Jesus.
C-SALT - Children's SALT class - This class is available for children while their parents attend SALT.

Sunday morning 9:05 - 9:45 am classes in the Life Center
4 sessions per year, each session lasting approximately 8 weeks.

LIGHT -Living in Greater Harmony Together, Home Groups

Acts 5:42, "Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Christ."

LIGHT home groups help us to develop Christ based, long lasting relationships with other Christians in comfortable, small group settings. Homes groups are an extension of our church family.

Shiloh currently has 10 home groups throughout Manchester and surrounding areas.
Home groups meet on various nights, each session meets every other week for 12 weeks.

Bible College

Eph 4:12, "to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ."

This January 2008, Shiloh begins its long awaited Bible College partnering with The International School of Ministry. ISOM is a discipleship and leadership training tool produced by Good Shepher Ministries International. ISOM has become the world's largest video Bible college. It is designed with teh primary objective of enabling local pastors around the globe to turn their local churches into ministry training centers. The 40 week teaching program has been developed to help the church in many nations, enabling Christian believers to understand their faith and become servants of Jesus Christ.
Classes are held on Wednesday nights from 6 - 9 PM in the Life Center

Men's Ministry

1 Tim 6:11, "But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness."

Men's Fraternity offers young and old men alike practical insight into how to live as biblical men. The goal of Men's fraternity is to see men's lives transformed as they come together to honestly examine their lives and take the courageous steps to embrace authentic manhood.

Men's Fraternity meets on Thursday mornings @ 6am in the church and on Thursday evenings at 6:30 PM in the Life Center.

Women's Ministry

Matthew 26:7, "�a women came to him with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume, which she poured on his head as he was reclining at the table."

Once a month women have the opportunity to join together for breakfast, followed by anointed worship, the Word, and personal ministry.
Breakfasts are held on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 9 - 11 am in the Life Center
Annual Women's Retreat, 3rd weekend in June

Family Ministry

Eph 4:16, "From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work."

Shiloh agrees with FamilyLife Ministries that "family" is the foundation to society therefore; it is our desire to develop godly marriages and families.

Pulse - Young Adult Ministries - 18 - 35 year olds

1 Peter 4:11, "If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ."

Pulse is a community that infuses God into everyday life - real people with real issues getting to know a real God. Here you will be accepted as you are and challenged to be more. God created each of us with a specific purpose and there are things in this world that only you can accomplish. Pulse breaks stereotypes, challenges the status-quo and enacts change. They realize the world is watching and passionately embrace the opportunity to set a new standard.
Pulse church services are held on Sunday nights @ 6:30 pm

Reckless - Youth Ministries - 13 - 18 year olds

1 Tim 4:12, "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believer in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity."

Reckless Youth Ministries is a dynamic group of teens who gather with the purpose of building relationships with God and with each other. Highlights include worshiping with the youth band, learning the Word of God, working in community service projects and ministering in public parks. The year is capped off with a dynamic summer youth retreat.
Reckless services are held on Saturday nights @ 7:00 pm.

Lighthouse Jr. High School

Ezek. 16:60, "Nevertheless I will remember My covenant with you in the days of your youth, and I will establish an everlasting covenant with you."

Children's Ministries, Vertical Kids

Proverbs 22:6, "Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it."

Vertical Kids is a dynamic new ministry using a unique approach to curriculum that is built around three basic truths every child should embrace: Make wise choices; Trust God no matter what; Treat others the way they want to be treated. Each basic truth is amplified by a weekly key concept and systematically taught over a three year track.
Vertical Kids meet on Sunday mornings during church service for grades Pre K - 5th.

Nursery Ministry - Noah's Ark Nursery

Psalm 34:11, "Come, my children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the Lord."

It is very important to us that parents have an opportunity to attend church services, classes, and various events without disruption. Nursery ministry helps us to accomplish that goal.
Nursery workers are available on Sunday mornings in the Life Center to care for newborns - 4 year olds. The nursery is located on the second floor of the Life Center.

Newcomers Ministry

3 John 1:8, "We ought therefore to show hospitality to such men�"

It is Shiloh's desire to greet everyone that God would send through our doors and make them feel welcome and comfortable on a Sunday morning.
Newcomers' ministry is in full gear on Sunday mornings during church service. Guests are welcomed from the pulpit, given welcome packets and a small welcome gift.

Ushers & Greeters Ministry

Neh 13:14, "Remember me for this, O my God, and do not blot out what I have so faithfully done for the house of my God and its services."

Shiloh has a faithful and dedicated group of ushers and greeters who help to make Shiloh the friendly, family church it is. They are instrumental in making our Sunday Services friendly and orderly.

Worship Ministry

Shiloh is known throughout the City of Manchester and beyond for its amazing, spirit filled worship. We are blessed to be led into the throne room of God each Sunday morning by this anointed and talented group of musicians.
Our worship band plays on Sunday mornings and Sunday nights at the Pulse service.

Intercessory Prayer Ministry

Matt. 21:13, "My house will be called a house of prayer..."

Intercession is "the act of interceding, meditation, pleading, or prayer on behalf of another." Shiloh recognizes prayer as the backbone to the success of our ministry.

Missions & Community Outreach

Mark 16:15, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation."

Shiloh desires to fulfill the great commission by making a commitment to missions.
Foreign Missions: In September 2007 a team will be leaving for Odessa, Ukraine to partner with Mission Possible. This is the first of what we believe will be many trips around the world as the Lord leads us.
Home Missions: FamilyFest is an annual summer community park outreach designed to impact our local community for Christ.

Ignite Ministry - Men's & Women's Purity Group

1 Thess 4:3, "It is God's will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality..."

Ignite Ministries is dedicated to assisting young men & women to face their challenges of sexual immorality and lust by utilizing active accountability and sound biblical doctrine. Their purpose is to ignite a flame of integrity, purity, and discipline in the lives of men and in those around them. Be the spark!
Young men meet every Thursday night @ 7 pm in the Life Center. Women's meeting dates to be determined.

Shiloh Cafe & Coffee Ministry

Acts 2:42, "And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers."

It can be very difficult to get to know people and make friends when we only see them once a week during the church service. The Coffee Bar (open before church service from 9:15 - 9:55 AM) and the Shiloh Cafe (open after church service) gives us an opportunity to gather both before and after service to get to know each other.
Coffee Bar - The Coffee Bar, located in the back of the sanctuary, serves coffee, water and juice before every Sunday service each week and before the Pulse service on Sunday evenings.
Shiloh Cafe - Coffee, bagels and muffins are available downstairs every Sunday after service.
